Kick start your day!!!

Here is my MOST favourite breakfast EVER!!!

Its colourful and packed with vitamins, calcium and anti-oxidants to feed your body, skin, hair and nails. ┬áIt will give you energy for the day, its yummy and its super quick for you to rustle up in that morning ‘fog’ you feel. Its speedy to make when you have no time – put it in a jam jar and you can even eat-on-the-go!!

Full of healthy goodies like blueberries, raspberries and pineapple – I use soy yogurt and soy milk but you can choose regular or delicious Greek yogurt.

Ingredients.

6 ounces of yogurt (1 small pot)

1 handful of a crunchy (fibre rich) cereal – NOT a colourful sugary one please!!!

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chia seeds (or any seeds eg. sunflower or sesame seeds)

2 tablespoons of milk ( soy, regular or rice/almond milk )

1 handful of fresh or frozen mixed fruit and berries

Directions.

Mix the yogurt, milk, seeds and cereal together.

Put half of this mixture in the bottom of your bowl or jar… add a layer of fruit….add a layer of yogurt and then finish with a topping of more fresh fruit….. DONE and DUSTED!! ….. delish!!
